Insurance broker management software in the UAE
BrokerageLoop runs the full broker lifecycle — lead to counterparty statement — from a system hosted in Microsoft Azure's UAE North region, bilingual in Arabic and English from day one.
Built for how UAE brokerages actually work
A brokerage regulated in the UAE deals with an Arabic-speaking market, an insurer panel that quotes in more than one currency, and a compliance expectation that every change to a client's record can be traced back to a person and a time. BrokerageLoop's register — clients, contacts, leads, insurer panel, product catalogue, quotes and policies — is built around that reality rather than adapted to it afterward.
The interface is bilingual in Arabic and English and right-to-left first, meaning the Arabic layout isn't a mirrored afterthought — it's one of the two directions the product is designed in from the start. Roles are deny-by-default across eleven role bundles, with separation of duties enforced specifically on money actions like collections and commission payouts.
Where your data lives
BrokerageLoop is hosted on Microsoft Azure in the UAE North region. Every environment is defined as infrastructure-as-code and version-controlled, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and tenant isolation is enforced at the database level rather than by application code alone — so one brokerage's book is never reachable from another's, even in a shared deployment. The platform was designed and built by a certified Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect.
Compliance controls
BrokerageLoop includes a complaints register with an acknowledgment SLA, a demands-and-needs assessment that produces a suitability statement for each client, and a jurisdiction compliance profile that turns these controls on for a given country — oriented, for a UAE brokerage, toward the kind of conduct-of-business expectations the Central Bank of the UAE sets for insurance intermediaries.
These are implemented product controls, not a regulatory certification. We provide the documentation and evidence a brokerage needs to show its regulator or auditor how these controls work.
Bring your own database
For a brokerage whose own data-residency policy or regulatory review goes beyond what BrokerageLoop's standard Azure UAE North hosting covers, BrokerageLoop supports a bring-your-own-database option: the brokerage hosts the underlying data store itself, rather than relying solely on BrokerageLoop's shared multi-tenant database.
The database is PostgreSQL on Microsoft Azure, in the brokerage's own Azure subscription. The option is available on every plan, and we set it up for the brokerage.
The lifecycle, end to end
One register carries a case through all eleven stages: lead, quote, bind, policy, endorsement, renewal, claim, collection, commission, reconciliation and counterparty statement. Endorsements record mid-term changes — including term extensions — against the policy rather than as loose notes. Renewals show what's expiring and what's already been done about it, with follow-up tasks raised straight from the policy record. Reconciliation reads an uploaded insurer statement and surfaces exceptions in minutes using confidence-scored automated matching.
Every change on the record — a rate edit, an endorsement, a reversal — is written to an append-only audit trail with the actor, the timestamp and the before-and-after state. Corrections never overwrite history; they create a compensating entry that points at what it reverses.
Getting started
- Insurer panel. An insurer pack installs in one click; the brokerage then selects the insurers it works with and adds any that are not in the pack.
- Moving your data. We support migration of every kind of data — legacy desktop and online broker software, old databases, Excel and other spreadsheets, unstructured files — including policy history, claims history and unpaid premiums, with the files and images attached to them.
- Accounting and HR. Run BrokerageLoop on its own, or with Odoo Accounting, or with Odoo Accounting and Odoo's HR apps — set up and supported by the same team, so it is one supplier, not two. Accounting starts from our ready-made chart of accounts and payroll set-up for the UAE, validated by auditors. See BrokerageLoop and Odoo.
- Support. In Arabic and English, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm UAE time.
- Pricing. Not published on this site; ask for it when you request a demo.
Frequently asked questions
Is BrokerageLoop hosted in the UAE?
Yes. The platform runs on Microsoft Azure's UAE North region, with every environment defined as code and tenant data isolated at the database level.
Can a UAE brokerage bring its own database?
Yes. BrokerageLoop supports a bring-your-own-database option, letting a brokerage host the underlying data store itself instead of relying solely on BrokerageLoop's shared multi-tenant database — relevant if your own data residency or regulatory review requires it. It is PostgreSQL on Azure in the brokerage's own subscription, available on every plan, and we set it up.
Does BrokerageLoop support Arabic?
Yes, throughout — not just labels. The product is bilingual Arabic/English and designed right-to-left first.
What does BrokerageLoop cost?

Which insurers are on the panel?
An insurer pack installs in one click. The brokerage then selects the insurers it works with, and adds any that are not in the pack.
How does BrokerageLoop help with UAE compliance?

These are product controls, not a regulatory certification.
Is support available in Arabic?
