Insurance brokerage CRM for Lebanon and the GCC

BrokerageLoop is a bilingual Arabic/English insurance brokerage CRM: one register for clients, contacts, leads, insurer panel and policies, built for brokerages and their teams operating across Lebanon and the Gulf.

One CRM, not three spreadsheets and an inbox

A brokerage working across Lebanon and the GCC is usually juggling a client list in one file, an insurer panel in someone's head, and policy renewal dates in a third place nobody fully trusts. BrokerageLoop keeps clients, contacts, leads, the insurer panel, the product catalogue, quotes and policies in one register, so a lead becomes a quote, a quote becomes a bound policy, and the whole history stays attached to the same record.

Arabic and English, right-to-left first

The interface is bilingual throughout — not just the labels — and designed right-to-left first, which matters for teams who work primarily in Arabic day to day rather than switching into an English-only tool. English stays fully supported for teams, counterparties or regulators who need it.

Multi-currency across markets

A book written across Lebanon and the GCC rarely sits in one currency. BrokerageLoop has each brokerage declare which currencies its book may use, and totals never silently mix currencies — a policy quoted in USD stays in USD through bind, commission and reconciliation, rather than being blended into a number that means nothing.

All major currencies are supported. For management review, dashboards show one clearly marked approximate total in the brokerage's main currency, translated at its own dated exchange rates, beside the untouched per-currency subtotals. See multi-currency insurance brokerage accounting.

Regulatory scope

Lebanese and Emirati regulatory behaviour is modelled as configuration, so the same product enforces different rules in different markets: a jurisdiction profile turns on the complaints register, demands-and-needs assessment and suitability statement for a given country. The commercial markets are the UAE and Saudi Arabia; Lebanon is the pilot.

These are product controls, not a certification by any regulator. We provide the documentation and evidence a brokerage needs to show its regulator or auditor how they work.

Bring your own database

A brokerage operating across several Lebanese and GCC jurisdictions at once may have data-residency requirements that differ by market. BrokerageLoop supports a bring-your-own-database option for this case: the brokerage hosts the underlying data store itself, rather than relying solely on BrokerageLoop's shared multi-tenant database.

The database is PostgreSQL on Microsoft Azure, in the brokerage's own Azure subscription. The option is available on every plan, and we set it up for the brokerage.

Frequently asked questions

Which countries does BrokerageLoop support today?

The United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia are commercial markets; Lebanon is the pilot market.

Can we bring our own database for our own jurisdiction's data residency needs?

Yes. BrokerageLoop supports a bring-your-own-database option, letting a brokerage host the underlying data store itself instead of relying solely on BrokerageLoop's shared multi-tenant database. It is PostgreSQL on Azure in the brokerage's own subscription, available on every plan, and we set it up.

Does BrokerageLoop replace our accounting system?

No. BrokerageLoop pushes invoices and payments to Odoo, verified against a live instance, rather than keeping a general ledger of its own. You do not need a second supplier for that: as an Odoo partner, we set up, train and support Odoo Accounting — and Odoo's HR apps, if you want them — alongside BrokerageLoop. See BrokerageLoop and Odoo.

Can one team run a Lebanon entity and a GCC entity together?

Yes. Each entity is its own isolated tenant, with its own data and audit trail under its own country’s rules, and the same user can switch between them easily.

Can you migrate our history from an older system?

Yes. We support migration of every kind of data — legacy desktop and online software, old databases and Excel sheets — including historical policy registers, claims history and unpaid client premiums, with the files and images attached to them.

Is support available in Arabic?

Yes. The product is bilingual Arabic/English, and support is available in Arabic and English, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm UAE time.
