Terms of Service
The terms governing use of the BrokerageLoop marketing site and, separately, the BrokerageLoop product.
Acceptance of terms
TODO(human): standard acceptance clause, and who it binds — a visitor to this site vs. a brokerage that becomes a BrokerageLoop customer are probably different scopes and may need separate agreements (e.g. a Master Services Agreement / subscription agreement for customers).
Use of the service
TODO(human): permitted use, account responsibilities, acceptable-use restrictions.
Fees and payment
TODO(human): this depends on pricing, which is not public yet — see the [TODO] pricing notes on the guide pages. Do not draft this section until pricing is finalized.
Data ownership
TODO(human): confirm that a brokerage's own book (clients, policies, claims, etc.) belongs to the brokerage, and how that interacts with the bring-your-own-database option specifically.
Service availability and support
TODO(human): any uptime commitment, support hours/channels, and how the AI assistant's actions are attributed and audited (see the product's audit-trail behavior for AI actions).
Termination
TODO(human): termination conditions and data handling/export on offboarding.
Liability
TODO(human): standard limitation-of-liability language — needs counsel, not a template.
Governing law
TODO(human): which jurisdiction's law governs, and whether it's the same as Deecoding SAL (Offshore)'s registration or a separately chosen forum.
